Payments:

Payments can be made by using credit card or bank transfer to the bank account number :  PL 74 1160 2202 0000 0003 2948 2185. The fulfillment time counts from receiving payment confirmation.

 

Shipping:

Product will be sent after receiving payment confirmation. You don't need to pay for the shipping of digital goods. You will receive an e-mail with download link for the product.

Licensing and copyrights

Home Made Sauna projects are protected by intellectual property rights. When you purchase a project from Home Made Sauna, you receive permission to use the plans contained in the project and to inform you about the construction of the structure depicted in the project. You may use the design for the construction of a single building, in this case the sauna depicted in the purchased design. You may not resell, license or freely distribute the purchased project. We reserve the right to pursue legal claims if the project is sold or licensed, or the project is distributed in any way.

After purchasing the project, you obtain permission to:

Build one building based on the purchased project. If you want to build more than one building, buy another project or contact us to discuss the license. You can modify the project, combine it with other projects but please note that the newly created project using the project purchased from Home Made Sauna can be used only once.

You do not obtain permission for:

Redistribution of the project regardless of whether any modifications have been made or not. You do not get permission to duplicate or modify the purchased project and sell it as your own. If you would like to build more than one building, please contact us directly or purchase another project.

 

Copyrights

All designs appearing on homemadesauna.com are protected by Polish copyright law. It is a violation of the law to unauthorizedly reproduce, sell or transfer parts of the design contained on this site or any other content found on this site. All graphics, content, designs contained on this site that are not indicated as coming from an outside source are copyrighted by Home Made Sauna.

Any content from homemadesauna.com may not be reproduced in any form without permission from Home Made Sauna. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in appropriate legal action. The content of the above site may not be reproduced without the express written permission of Home Made Sauna. Nor may the content appearing on the site be sold for profit without the express permission of Home Made Sauna.

 

Additional Terms

Home Made Sauna has prepared these documents to meet generally accepted professional standards and practises. It is important to keep in mind that the plans have been designed without any knowledge of licensee's specific site conditions such us, bot not limited to: frost depts, wind load, snow load, ground conditions, seismic activity etc. Purchaser agrees to comply with all local codes and building regulations. 

Before starting construction, it is builder's  responsibility to check all dimensions, details and verify conformance with governing code requirements for the location in which you are building. All structural, mechanical, electrical requirements also should be reviewed.

In the event any liability is imposed on Home Made Sauna, Home Made Sauna's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Home Made Sauna's product.
