Delivery of Goods and Services
Digital products are delivered via email provided at the time of purchase. The product will be send after receiving the payment, it can take 1-2 days, If you do not receive the digital product link, please contact us directly at contact@homemadesauna.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Download and unzipping issues
If you have some problems with downloading or unzipping the product. Please make sure to contact us within 5 days after purchasing the product. If you will not contact us in this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download with no right of refund for a "download issue".
